The month

The party and the free text

Reaches this office. The parts that bear on price, numbers and ages, reach an operator. Your budget and anything else in the box do not

The hidden field you cannot see

Catches automated submissions. If a human fills it in, which is impossible without deliberately looking for it, the message is discarded

How long each thing lasts

While you are deciding

The file stays open. Children's ages sit in it for that window only, because no operator can price a bed or apply an age rule without them

Twenty four months

From whichever of us wrote last, where the request never became a trip

Only for a trip actually booked, and only because tax records require it

Deleted, and not quietly copied into an archive first

Companies other than this one

The hosting company keeps ordinary server logs, looked at when a page breaks and never matched against anything you typed. A flight lookup may one day occupy a subdomain here, run by another firm under its own notice; nothing from this form would reach it, the two being separate systems.

Children

Nobody under sixteen is the audience for these pages, and no detail is taken from one on purpose. A child's age reaches this office through the adult booking, exists to price a bed, and is destroyed with the rest of the file.
